The Developer - 1111 Tower LLC
The Developer is managed by Jeff Selby and Michael Brenneman who together have over 60 years of experience in every aspect of real estate. Most recently they partnered on the renovation of the historic Tramway Tower into Hotel Teatro, Denver’s top ranked hotel.
Jeff Selby has a long track record of development of residential and commercial properties in Denver, Vail, Colorado, Arizona and California including numerous historic building renovations. Michael Brennaman also has a long track record of development. Prior to his partnership with Mr. Selby he worked with the private Rosewood Property Company where he was responsible for all property from Colorado west. This included development of several major office projects and involvement with a variety of well known luxury hotels.
Dan Wolf, another partner of the development company also plays a critical role in all work related to Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Denver project. Mr. Wolf is the holder of a Masters degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver. His extensive knowledge of the Downtown Denver real estate market and the overall development process, as well as his background in finance, have proven to be extremely valuable contributions to the 1111 Tower LLC management team.
Complimenting Brenneman, Selby and Wolf are partners Salomon Juan Marcos V. and Scott Steuer. Mr. Juan Marcos owns Grupo Denim, an export company founded by his family in 1990, and which has grown into a major manufacturing exporter to the USA over the past decade. Grupo Denim’s marketing, trend direction and logistics office for export is located in Denver, Colorado (Grupo Denim USA). Mr. Juan Marcos and Mr. Steuer seek to create value with local real estate entrepreneurs in building luxurious and enduring quality projects.
