The Confluence team brings recent and relevant experience at managing all phases of large complex urban mixed-use projects along with expertise in high-rise construction in the Denver market, five-star hospitality design and construction management, a proven track record of successfully managing large mixed use projects, developing projects in the City and County of Denver and management of luxury residential finishes.
