Floor Plans

At Clarke’s Estates, two plans have been designed to suit the terrain of each site. Plan A is designed for Lots 4, 6 (in mirror image) and 7. Plan B is designed for Lots 1 and, in mirror image to the plan shown, for Lots 2, 3, 5 and 8.

Plan A

First Floor

In the two-storey, three-bedroom design concept for Plan A, wings reach into the landscape to foster privacy and shelter the living space.

The fountain court at the front door leads to an entry gallery. Ahead is the Great Room and kitchen, with visual connection to the verandah beyond. To the left of the gallery is a wing with the study, powder room and car port, and secluded to the right is a bedroom wing, with a Junior Master Bedroom and guest room, each with private bathroom. These bedrooms and the Great Room have walk-outs onto the pool terrace.

Second Floor

Stairs in the entry gallery curve up to the second-floor Master Suite, with its large master bathroom and enclosed Sleeping Porch.

Plan B

Plan B is a single-storey, four-bedroom design intended to generate as many exposures for rooms within the house as possible. Even the verandah has two very different exposures. By linking four pavilions by a verandah, the rooms break free of each other allowing glass on at least three sides of each principal room.

The Entry Hall leads to the Great Room and kitchen, with large doors onto the expansive verandah, which is the main circulation space. The verandah steps out onto the large pool terrace, as well as to a smaller court with a different aspect.

Integrated with the living space, yet separated from each other for privacy, are the large Master Suite and a smaller bedroom. Both share access to a bedroom garden. At the opposite end of the verandah, two additional bedrooms, including a Junior Master Suite, are secluded from the living space by the pool terrace, verandah and court.
