Exteriors
Accented with Nevis stone, the villa exteriors in Stewart’s Estates reflect the flavour of the island with custom-colour stucco walls and baked-enamel metal roofing, louvred shutters and painted wood verandah columns, trellises, balustrades and gingerbread. Large verandahs provide the perfect setting to contemplate the amazing views.
Interiors
Spacious floorplans are enhanced by soaring, pickled-finish wood ceilings and eight-foot-high interior doors. Glazing, screens and louvres on the verandah doors allow you to create your preferred level of sunlight and breezes. Ceiling fans, cool tile floors and air-conditioned bedrooms add to your comfort. Security features include lockable closets and pantry and a safe in the master bedroom.
Kitchens
The large counter, work/conversation island and backsplash are all in granite (or equivalent) with a choice of colours. Seven white appliances include a built-in self-cleaning oven, four-element cook top, built-in dishwasher, 24-cubic-foot double-door refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, and full-size, side-by-side washer and dryer.
Bathrooms
The bathrooms gleam with polished Botticino marble (or equivalent) on the tiled tub surround, tub facing and shower enclosure and on the slab countertops. Double sinks and full-width vanity mirrors provide plenty of preparation space. Some bathrooms feature a glass-walled walk-in shower plus deep tub; others include a combined tub/shower. Master bathrooms are equipped with a 10” rain showerhead.
Services
Pre-wiring of Stewart’s Estates homes permits cable television in all bedrooms and living room. Four telephone lines have been installed per villa: hotel, security, personal and facsimile. A telephone outlet is provided in all bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Services include a motion-detector security system monitored by a central community station and central HEF generators to back up the island electrical supply.
Neighbourhood features
The distinctive entry gateway to Stewart’s Estates leads to a 15-foot-wide concrete neighbourhood road flanked by landscaped rights-of-way. Details throughout the neighbourhood, from road lighting to the bridge, are designed to complement the villa architecture.
