Design Details

Exterior

The Villas at Pinney’s Beach reflect clean, contemporary lines, with painted stucco walls and coral stone pavers accented by Spanish red cedar windows and trim and a gabled, two-storey, standing-seam metal roof. The innovative plan includes an entry courtyard with fountain to separate public and private areas. Stairs lead to a second-floor master suite with terrace. Some villas offer a separate guest cottage.

Interior

On the public side, a spacious pavilion houses the living room, flanked by kitchen and dining room. The private side contains three bedrooms and three bathrooms. In the two master bedrooms, one each on the first and second floors, different types of outdoor spaces allow for personal retreat. Tall sliding doors maximize natural light and a sense of connection to the outdoors.
Interior décor is anchored by coral-stone flooring and baseboards, and painted stucco walls. Some rooms feature sloped, tongue-and-groove wood ceilings and exposed beams.

Kitchen

Kitchens combine natural textures and high-tech features. Granite countertops complement Shaker-style cabinetry in Spanish red cedar. Stainless steel appliances include a 36” SubZero freezer/refrigerator and a 36” Wolf cooktop, separate convection oven and microwave, an Asko dishwasher and KitchenAid disposal unit. A Wolf stainless steel grill is ready for outdoor BBQs.

Bathroom

The downstairs Master bathroom is equipped with a Kohler Tea-for-Two bathtub and separate shower with a Hansgrohe shower pillar. The upstairs Master bathroom and the guest cottage bathroom each have a stylish freestanding cube bathtub, with separate shower stall and access to outdoor shower. The third, queen bedroom features a bathroom with shower. A guest powder room is also available. Bathrooms are designed with Douglas fir tongue-and-groove ceilings and Spanish red cedar cabinetry accented with Crema Marfil marble.
