Owners and members will enjoy privileged access to next-door neighbor Palazzo Strozzi, which has just introduced a three-year plan to create a center for the arts and contemporary culture. In addition to innovative and inviting exhibitions—including the Tang Chinese dynasty, the Impressionists and the Medici tapestries in 2008 —Palazzo Strozzi will become a contemporary arena for culture in Florence. Palazzo Strozzi will feature a café, restaurant, bookshop, multimedia and interactive space, as well as traditional crowd-pleasing art. Evenings will be rich in art events, openings, and classical and jazz concerts.
Privileged access to private art collections, gardens and wine cellars is a unique feature of being a resident at Palazzo Tornabuoni. The Palazzo’s close ties with some of Florence’s oldest families opens doors to private collections, museums and villas rarely seen by the public.
