Through our fractional ownership plan, you and your family will hold a deeded interest in your luxury condominium at Four Seasons Residence Club Vail. And just as important, Four Seasons service and management will provide thoughtfull touches at every turn.
Only 19 Residence Club condominiums are tucked inside a private wing of Four Seasons Resort Vail, providing an exclusive fractional ownership opportunity starting from 1/12th deeded interests with annual usage in every season.
Choose how you would like to use your time in the Residence Club:
Traditional Use Plan
21 nights of Primary Use Time each year
- 1 prime week in the winter season, and
- 1 prime week in the summer season
Each assigned on a rotating schedule, or choose alternative prime weeks in either winter or summer.
- 7 additional nights during specific weeks throughout the year
Plus, up to 7 nights of Privilege Use Time at special nightly rates each year, on a space-available basis
Flexible Use Plan
Simply convert any or all of your 21 nights into Four Seasons Network Credits to:
- Request one, two or more nights in any size residence any time throughout the year in Vail
OR
- Use Four Seasons Network Credits for exchange privileges to other Four Seasons Residence Clubs
Plus, up to 7 nights of Privilege Use Time at special nightly rates each year, on a space-available basis
