Site Construction Update as of November 3, 2008

With only one more ski season before our scheduled opening in Fall 2009, construction of Four Seasons Resort Vail remains on schedule. During your next vacation in Vail this winter you'll truly be able to feel the grand scale of Vail's flagship resort. To schedule a tour, please contact us at 877-748-VAIL.

As Vail begins to receive its first snows of the season, work is continuing on the roof structure and is expected to be dried-in by mid-December. As is visible in these photos, scaffolding is being installed around the exterior of the entire building and will be wrapped and sealed to enable exterior work to continue throughout the winter. A specialized window system is currently being installed, representing one more element that will contribute to fulfilling Four Seasons’ stringent noise reduction standards

Interior framing of floor seven is also underway; with interior framing continuing in all wings of the building. Crews are also starting utility connections to electrical, gas, sewer and water lines to connect the property to municipal utilities.
